Neapolitan in the area. On Dave’s Neapolitan scale I’d say 7.8. I saw they advertised a New Haven style though so had to try it. I have to give them credit, they got the center firmer and got a tiny bit of char in places. But not really New Haven Apeetz style. On a Dave New Haven scale I’d say 7.3 maybe 7.4. That’s still a good score. But if you just forget about labels and everything I’ll go 7.7. That’s a review
