La Pecora Pizzabar

Ok, this is a Neapolitan pizza place. A good one. My beef with Neapolitan is the undercooked and sometimes even soupy middle. This place is probably the best Neapolitan in the area. On Dave’s Neapolitan scale I’d say 7.8. I saw they advertised a New Haven style though so had to try it. I have to give them credit, they got the center firmer and got a tiny bit of char in places. But not really New Haven Apeetz style. On a Dave New Haven scale I’d say 7.3 maybe 7.4. That’s still a good score. But if you just forget about labels and everything I’ll go 7.7. That’s a review
