Pizza Review
Interesting slice! I think they use breadcrumbs instead of flour or cornmeal to prevent the dough from sticking while transferring from the peel. It's a thin and crispy slice. The sauce is sweet, but edging on ketchupy for me. Cheese wasn't super flavorful, but was a good ratio with the crust and sauce. I really enjoyed the slice! Not sure I'd get a whole pie.
