Alright Luliano’s formerly the great Giacamo’s on Staten Island. Same family that was Scotti’s on 5th Avenue back in the day. So good stock all around. And this pie here it didn’t miss. Very good professional Brooklyn pizza right here. A little on the doughy side, if it was crispier I’d throw this shit right here in the low 8’s. But it was a little doughy for me to do that, but let me say this. It’s good doughy not fat boy Buzz from home alone doughy. Also the sauce is very good. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. This is no bullshit frozen sauce from the night before. No they go down to the farmer market and pick out those tomatoes themselves like Papa Sal. When we talk about the big bay ridge places. The pizza wagons, the Gino’s, the elegantes, the nino’s. I have to put this place up there with those. In fact I would say it might be the best legit round of the bay ridge pizzerias.
