Reviewing gluten free, regular sauce and cheese with no bias, obviously all gluten free crust is soggy and gross. Fails eye test - clearly undercooked. Sauce- average, completely neutral. Cheese- neutral on texture and taste, completely unremarkable. Crust- lame, but par for the course. Execution- poor, needed three more minutes in oven, which is absurd. Overall impression- ingredients are fine and respectable quality. Legit pie you would not travel to obtain. Taste overall- average Challenge- execution, but at least it tasted like pizza Lloyd “World B” Free once said, “You want to cut a dude’s heart out and finish him off? Hit a thirty five foot rainbow. That’s why I do it. Not to show off. To destroy the other team’s morale.” This pizza is far from a thirty five foot rainbow.
