Hot Soppressata with cherry peppers and fresh Mozz!
Disclaimer - pizza reviews from the general public are like buttholes. Everybody has one and they all stink. I was a fine dining chef of 12 years. Take my review with a grain of salt.
Outstanding pizza! Sauce had great balance of acid and sweetness. Undercarriage was good, not much flop. Crust was crisp with some chewiness but not dry & crunchy. This pie was salty, sweet, savory and had a good tang from the cherry peppers. It’s a favorite in our house.
I’ve had Sally’s, Pepe’s, Modern and Bar. If you can’t make it to New Haven, Naples is a great alternative!
