Nick & Joe's Pizza

Surprisingly solid score for this Neapolitan! We got ours a bit extra well done (happily, may I add), but the under carriage was pretty spot on and it had good crunch. Minimal flop too! What held this particular pie back from the eights was the average-to-mid sauce and the yearning for a bit more cheese. I really enjoyed this though, I’d totally go back here as a solid local spot. It burnt the roof of my mouth off, which is a pretty good sign of a pretty good pie! Also did a bonus cheesesteak review, which I happily gave an 8.2. Very good steak, onions were actually caramelized and sweet, and the bread held up! What set it back from elite steaks was the lack of a seeded roll, a little bit inconsistent distant cheese distribution, and the roll not being very toasty. But I was very pleasantly surprised by, once again, how rock solid that was.

Solid slice. Hits the spot. Great for on the good quick bite. They have fantastic speciality slices that pair great with the classic cheese

This place has been on my personal list for a while. Lil' disappointed. I'm a well done kinda guy, especially if it's brick or wood oven, but the bottom of this thing was just flat out burnt. So, yeah it was crispy, but every bite was just burnt dough. Would have been slightly better if the cheese had some burn, but it didn't. Cheese was average, sauce was slightly above average. It's between a thin and medium crust, but again... It was burnt. I feel like this was generous. Could have been a mid 7.

Pick up was a complete disaster; but we’ll chalk that up to COVID 19. Pizza is marginal at best. Gets the job done, but nothing you’d go out of your way for. Plenty of better options within a stones throw.

Honestly didn’t think this little shopping center joint would be all that, but it was pretty good. Dough is high quality and the cheese is amazingggg. Sauce is subpar though this score could’ve went a bit higher like 7.5

Above average tradition slice. The quality dough stands out. Soft with a crispy outer layer and hand spun. Will likely buy again.

Super greasy. Filled up two napkins worth of grease. Nasty as fuck. Taste was kinda ok. Crunchy, super floppy sloppy mess.

Tangy sauce. Nice crust. Wish there was a bit more cheese.
