Patsy’s Pizzeria. Great crust with an excellent crust-to-flop ratio. They only offer Margherita as the base, so I added pepperoni. This isn’t a quick slice-and-go spot, so grab a seat and settle in. The flavor was great overall, but a noticeable watery texture held it back a bit. Still, it was a very enjoyable pie.

First day in New York and Patsy’s didn’t disappoint!! With out a doubt the best I’ve ever had. Great sauce, decent amount of cheese and an epic base! Worth a visit.

We almost took the subway to John’s of Bleecker but decided on a first visit to the original Patsy’s in East Harlem. Ordered the Margherita and it was perfectly coal charred delicious . Finished the pie with Frankie Blue Eyes over my right shoulder. Deservedly legendary.

Just not my kind of pizza. There’s some flop, tons of sauce, and the sauce is super sweet. Sounds good and it’s not a bad pizza, just not my go-to. There’s no “wow” factor whatsoever. Really no crunch here whatsoever
