Pequod's Pizza

If you’re a deep dish fan this is the pizza for you. Everything was perfect and fresh. Exactly what I was expecting. 7.3 that’s my review.

Deep dish is interesting.. Not really Pizza but tasty and great crust.

Was very good, but did not live up to the elevated expectations. Prefer Lou Malnati‘s and Oven Grinders. Still very good, not quite elite

Pan pizza was FANTASTIC. The only complaint we had was that it was not piping hot, as if it were sitting for a bit before being delivered to our table. With that said, one of the best pies we've ever had.

The thin crust was better. The pan pizzas dough was too thick and uneven making some parts of the pizza feel like you were eating a loaf of bread. Also it didn’t have enough sauce which left the pizza dry

Good deep dish, not to the level of Lou’s in my opinion. Nice crisp, good flavor, but not gonna knock your socks off.

Very disappointing! Lacks flavor, very light. Barely a 7 rating!

Amazing pizza the flavor is rarely matched by other places.

I’m a NY style guy, but Pequod’s is the best Chicago style pizza of them all. The caramelized crust is intentional, and that makes it 1A. 1B is Lou Malnatis.

Good sauce and quality ingredients

Sweet sauce, plenty of Pepps and great crust!

WHERE IS THE CHEESE AND THAT FAMOUS PEQUOD’s Carmel Cheese crust? As a life long fan… this place is going down hill. For 20 years we have held Peqouds as Chicagos Best. Sadly, the king has lost his crown! The actual dough is still tasty, sauce is good, but they have decided to cheap out on cheese. Not just us, every table had pulls with 1-2 thin strings of cheese, if at all. #Shrinkflation

Too much bread and the sauce didn’t have enough flavor. Also too much cheese. I felt gross after eating this

Ratio of dough to toppings is great. Nice and fluffy dough. Great fresh ingredients.
