Pizza Review
I knew the pizza was going to be good when I saw the wood rack on the outside. The Detroit style deep dish was good. Nice crispy edges with semi sweet sauce. Unique in that it was a stuffed Detroit style. We then got the Napoletana style and it had a tangier style sauce and dollops of cheese (pictured). Nice char on the crust but I felt like the bottom should have been crispier, which lead to it being floppier than anticipated which hurt the score. The ranch was insanely good as it was homemade. Overall, really enjoyed it even though it was on the pricier side for pizza and the portions were smaller. It made up for it in the quality.
