OK, here. We are on a beautiful Friday. St. Patrick’s Day weekend. A Friday in Lent. So no meat. Now I’m not sure how I missed this place. It’s in White Plains, and I thought I hit them all. But to my surprise, I didn’t. Now I have to say, the slices are massive, that being said, they look a little floppy, and a little undercooked. I hope I’m wrong, but let’s get into it now. St. Patrick’s Day party tomorrow. And unfortunately, I was right. Both slices are a sloppy mess. I’m hoping this was a one off. But they’re almost in edible. Very much undercooked, and you could barely pick them up. I’m not sure how you mess it up that bad. Wannabes? Maybe. And I hate to do this, but come on now. With the name like pizza Cucina. You gotta be better. I mean, if these were crispy, and cooked the proper way. I’m sure they would be much better. But I have to go with what I know.
