Pizza Villa Pizzeria & Fish Fry

Amazing dough. Chewy and crispy. Sauce has a little tang, a little bit of herbal taste, and is applied in just the right amount. It’s a tiny bit under salted for my palette. I believe the cheese is Grandé brand. Thin slices, usually perfectly constructed. When you buy a slice, you get 1/6 of the pie. Caveats: The old guys are better pizza makers than the young guys, and the 9.1 only survives for three to five minutes out of the oven. Reheated, it’s an 8.3. One of the best in Syracuse.
