Amazing dough. Chewy and crispy. Sauce has a little tang, a little bit of herbal taste, and is applied in just the right amount. It’s a tiny bit under salted for my palette. I believe the cheese is Grandé brand. Thin slices, usually perfectly constructed. When you buy a slice, you get 1/6 of the pie.
Caveats: The old guys are better pizza makers than the young guys, and the 9.1 only survives for three to five minutes out of the oven. Reheated, it’s an 8.3.
