Good Neapolitan

Not traditional NYC pizza but was amazing. Super soft crust

Nice char. Sauce tasted great and cheese was super fresh. Way too much flop though.

Margherita pie - Very good thin crust , crispy , true Italian style. Wine was also great.

Overall great taste. Heavy on the sauce and light on the mozz. It was a little messy and floppy but I’m a fan of this style for sure.

Toward the top of the Neopolitan scale, but not better than that. Got it with smoked mozzarella, which was very good

Dave is only slightly off on this one! Excellent flavor on the crust! A bit floppy but perfect balance of crust and light sauce! Leopard spots show a perfectly prepared pie!

Solid pizza, thin thin crust great light sauce. The crust has awesome flavor but mad flop. Great flavor but missing the crunch and crisp
