Having just moved into Hudson Valley I’d been looking for a pie that I could stand behind. I’d lived in New Haven 8 years of my life and it’s tough to find a pie that carries weight. This is not New Haven style but the crust is light and thin with a good amount of char. The sauce is slightly sweet but incredibly fresh. The cupped pepperoni with hot honey was prime time. They also feature Wood Fired Wednesdays and that’s also worth the trek up this way. I’d be hard pressed to find a better pie in the lower Hudson Valley.
