Davlos is family run. The owner is usually the one who gets your order. His dad is usually in the kitchen. Made from scratch Chicago deep dish, the only place in town that i have found that can make it. Rosatis tastes like they use a premade crust. Giordanos let us down, Davlos is 90% of actually going to Chicago. This medium meat was $29 out the door. The price is my only complaint. The pizza tastes great. Creamy Mozzarella, sauce from real tomatoes, flaky crust. I have also tried the thin crust and past bake which are also great. If there were only two restaurants I could keep in town it would be Piezon’s and Davlos.
