This is a must-try, travel-worthy pizza. I’d rank Mike Gallucci pizza right up there with Dan Richer, Mike Fitzick, and Anthony Mangieri (my favorites).
The pizza had a perfectly charred undercarriage—thin, firm, light, and crispy. It featured a well-balanced sauce, a nice blend of shredded mozzarella, a sprinkle of pecorino, and a generous handful of fresh basil.
