Crust is light, crispy/chewy, cold-fermented, hand-thrown, no flop. Some char and bubble if you're lucky. Great ratios on toppings, sauce & cheese. House pie is the signature take on plain pie or Margherita--favorite. Pictured is the North End--all the flavors of traditional lasagna on a pie--stellar. White pie, roni (charred cups), house made sausage (the Fenway pie) are all standouts.
