Served very warm in 2-3 minutes. Pretty big flop with crunchy crust. The sauce is off the charts delicious and the mozzarella is very good quality. This is one of the best dough recipes I’ve tasted yet. It is light and fluffy but still very crunchy. The slice is cooked to perfection with a good char on the bottom. If the seasoning was a tad more aggressive and cooked longer, this slice could flirt with the high 7’s. Overall it’s a very solid slice.
