I'm a bit shocked about some of the low scores I've been seeing. Here's the real story. Been coming here for years. You kinda need to know when to order bc the place gets really busy sometimes. Order fresh whole pies, one of the few places where a fresh pie is better than a reheated slice. Beyond that certain people work on certain days so be smart and order off-peak. I suggest a bit of seasoning (Gar, Parm, Pep, crushed RP) if you like that kind of stuff bc the sauce focuses on the premium tomatoes with a light but good balance of cheese. I'm not a "bar pie" guy so was surprised but delighted by Dave's review. 100% do a front than back 1st bite. The crust is what sets this place apart from others. They topping are high quality but the cheese can stand on its own. For my taste just go regular and don't over think it. The fresh mozzarella version I see people going with shouldn't be how you judge this place. I like traditional salty whole milk muzz. Worth reading some Google reviews for the kitchen stuff.
