Fantastic pizza. Thin, crispy, little flop, not greasy, good undercarriage. Sauce was sweet and tangy - perfect.

Love the crisp, good tang. Perfect cheese ratio, I’ll be back!

Good pizza, pretty thin on the vodka slice, but the Rosa supreme slices were super floppy

Good stuff. Crust super thin flop phenomenal. Cheese good but I’m missing something in the sauce. The pesto one wasn’t any better. Whoever said better than Lucali crazyyyyy.

Rubirosa is a classic, and their tie dye pizza never disappoints. Light, crispy, flavorful. Love it!

Nice looking pie and tasted awesome too. Sauce was very good and so was the cheese and crust. It was way thinner than expected though and broke easily like a cracker. I would love to come back again and see if the pie is consistent like this. Also to add to the experience they provide glass bottled cokes which is an A+ pairing.

One my favorite places in NY. Their tiedye pie is probably one of my favorite pies ever!! They also do half and half pies which is great also great wine list. Love this place. !!

Hard to beat this place

Good, thin. Vodka sauce was on point

Pretty disappointing cheese pizza. Crust was too flaky and the cheese was too chewy. Tasted like reheated day old pizza. The tie dye pie was far superior - mainly for its excellent vodka sauce. That pie would’ve scored in the 8s. Overall, not worth the 2+ hour sit down or the deceptively long 1+ hour takeout wait.

Loved the Tie Dye pizza. Lots of flavor and good crunch. Some flop but not a deal breaker with this one.
