The tomato was delish but does flop up, garlic is subtle but noteworthy, even the cheese was a bit floppier than expected in the middle, likely depends on how long it’s cooked so it happens.
The sauce is fantastic and style originated without cheese bc it was left out and can’t have ingredients that go bad. I still slightly prefer cheese pie but it’s good either way depending on your mood. White potato is fine if you’re in the mood but not my thing.
