I’m a huge fan of Frank Pepe and wanted to finally try Sally’s. Cant say I’m impressed. In fact, I was shocked at how over-charred the crust was and how floppy the middle of the pizza was. Also $15 for a salad that was basically roughly chopped romaine with croutons is DIABOLICAL. Save the hype and go down the street to Frank’s.

This experience was by far one of the best pizza experiences of my life. I am forever in love New Haven style pizza and my first time here was incredible. Ambiance, taste, flavor, sauce, crust it had it all..

Bucket list spot. Very good pizza. I love a well done pie but maybe this one was a little too well done. The crust has a charcoal taste. Still amazing and it didn’t last long.

Amazing... not mind blowing or maybe as good as the hype but it is amazing. The cheese and flavors aren't as good as Pepe's but the sauce is SPECIAL!

Went to the spot tried out all the pizzas. From New Jersey everyone in line was saying best spot. The plain was by far the best and that was a solid 7. All the other pies were not good we had to grab dinner some where else because we were still hungry. Would not recommend waiting an hour for DECENT pizza.
