The best in a city of the best. Absolute perfection. Must be had on the premises as the box ruins the experience. Sauce is incredible. The crust is absolutely perfect, thin mix of char, crunch, and chew unlike any other. As soon as it hits the box it’s steamed and ruined. You don’t mess with art. Do it right. Recommend a sausage and onion, plain tomato with garlic, or the potato rosemary. Unreal.

The sauce combined with the coal fire dough is unmatched. Getting it well done makes the crust extra charred which just adds to the coal fired taste. The best pie I’ve had.

I have eaten a lot of pizza in my day and this pie had some ups and downs as it was too charred for my liking on the bottom. However, the non charred bite was the best bite I have ever had in a slice. These new haven places are fantastic but of the 3 majors, I consider this the best new haven style.

As a born New Yorker, I felt I was back home. Definitely one of the best being out of New York. Worth it and enjoyed it.

sauce was spot on, cheese was not overwhelming. Best pizza I’ve eaten

Light on the cheese, but love the sweet sauce and amazing quality toppings. Worth the trip.
