Pizza Review
Off to a great start here in New Haven, CT. First thing you notice is the crust. Outer crust is burnt, but not hard. It's like a fluffy burnt, which was amazing. Left your lips black which was kinda cool. Under crust had a slight char, but not enough to make it not a floppy slice. Sauce was BANGIN'. Might be a little light in some bites, but just an amazing tangy sauce. Cheese was a little meh. If the cheese was better, would be in the mid 9s. If it was cooked any longer to avoid flop, it would be a charcoal, so I'd say they cooked it perfectly. What a start to this trip! 👍🏼🍕😍
