Semolina Pizzeria

We ordered the Sofia Pizza. Here’s the description from the menu: Mozzarella, filetto di Pomodoro, fresh mozzarella, basil, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. We thought it was a bit over seasoned with the oregano, could’ve used some garlic (which we added). The undercarriage was nice, dough light airy and had a nice chew. Christina loved the underneath, just isn’t a fan of the sauce and cheese (sauce was a fancy pomodoro sauce). I liked it a bit more, added my own pizza seasoning (Bobby T’s Pizza Seasoning from Bob Trudnak on Facebook). I’ll still try a bunch of the other pizza joints in the area before we return though…
