New spot popped up in the suburbs and had to give it a shot. This area of town has quite a few pizza shops right on top of each other and I can definitely say this shop is probably your best bet for a couple reasons... A unique crunchy, corn meal crust... owner is not afraid to be liberal with the sauce but still has good balance between the cheese and sauce. This score is only on the plain cheese slice.... but I’d say it’s good... not great. The cheese could have a little more bite and I could do with a little less “tang” with the sauce.
