I got their take on a Neapolitan pork carnitas and according to the bartender Jen is “our best one” and I don’t doubt it. The crust was crisp and a little floppy in the middle but redeemed itself with a flaky finish on the crust. Great quality cheese that melted perfectly but still had a chewy consistency and not over cooked. The amount of flavor in the toppings and quantity was not lacking in any way. The cilantro really added a freshness to the heat and overall a fantasticly done pizza.
