I’m familiar with Chicago style pizza and am going to give an unbiased professional review cause pizza metrics matter. The sauce is adequate, good tang and homemade like, not authentic Italian homemade but adequate, really really adequate. toppings were good. Very cheese-ee and good stretch, very elastic. Crust has no flop and is really off. It is like a pie crust, dry and no chew, like a really really really thick pie crust that you don’t wanna eat. I didn’t eat the edge after trying. But as with pie the innards can mitigate the inadequacy of the crust, tougher deal on pizza. The innards of this talcum powder flour crust are going to help salvage the score. If this was in Chicago I’d have to drop the score lower but in Oklahoma the desert of pizza mediocrity we have to give some hedge way.
