Review #111 - had the traditional Neapolitan followed by the sweet grandma. I think the beauty and curse of this is how many different styles they’re able to achieve - both pies were extremely solid, but perhaps not elite elite. Neapolitan had nice char, great naturally sweet tomatoes and solid flavor and texture overall. Grandma had a very nice sweet sauce, terrific crust, and perhaps a bit too much cheese with the fresh mozzeralla on top, but either way was great. Excited to come back and try the rest, definitely worth the stop
