Pizza Review
Brick oven Naples style pie, so soft in the middle and crisp on the edges. If you go in remembering the style of pizza you should be very pleased. The sauce is generous and delicious. The cheese is also well proportioned and tasty with a nice not overly chewy texture. The crust, as said before is soft in the middle and it will be extremely floppy if picked up. I’m not a fork and knife guy for pizza though, and I’m able to pick up and fold a slice pretty easily. It’s a delicious crust. Can be a little puffy with slight burn in spots, but full flavor and easy to finish off.
