This review is based off of a single slice and not an entire pie. I’m sure it would be higher if the pie was fresh out of the oven.
I asked for the slice well done which gave it a great crispy undercarriage. Pizza sauce was hearty, cheese was even throughout, crust had a bit of a doughy texture and taste but was flakey.
I could see the rating being between a 7.0 - 7.3 if rated off the entire pie. Good football pizza for sure.
