DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

Decent but did not live up to the hype in my experience. Perhaps we just got bad pies, but they were floppy and had no char on the bottom. Underbaked. The crust was under fermented and seemed like the dough was made the same day (if you know pizza, you know a good dough requires a minimum of 24 hour fermentation). Very little flavor and we didn’t get the brick oven flavor due to the underbake and lack of char. Drove 5 hours to be disappointed.
