Drove 40 minutes… both ways… twice. Arrived two hours before closing both times and haven’t gotten food. Ridiculous

If I’m being honest the sauce had no flavor. Zero flop, good quality crust.

DeLucia’s pizza was delightfully crispy, the texture was definitely the strong point of this pizza. The way they masterfully let it simmer in the oven utilizing residual heat allows for a well done crispy layer on top of the cheese of this pizza. The owners are not afraid to turn away customers when they reach a number of orders where they cannot produce that many without compromising the quality of the product. They also only have the two people capable of producing the quality of the pizza manning the oven in order to ensure the 100+ year traditional quality is consistent and top notch. I will say that this pizza was certainly not perfect. The cheese could have held a bit more flavor, and the crust itself was not as stellar as that of a thinner bar pie pizza. That being said, this is likely the strongest pizza you will find in New Jersey and I would give it a 9.2/10. I would say if you are a pizza connoisseur it is worth the trip and long wait, but otherwise I would wait until the hype dies down before going, as it is a several hours long venture.

Honestly the most incredible pizza I’ve ever had. I never eat pizza crust and I ate 6 slices, crust and all. Perfect texture. Great sauce. And the coal fire taste comes through so well. Worth the hype 100%

Definitely best pizza anywhere in my area. Great taste and crust. Reasonably priced. I could eat a whole pie by myself. Staff was friendly too.

Beautiful looking pies but no taste. Not enough cheese or sauce and the crust tastes like wonder bread.

Worth the insane wait and hype lol. Tried the classic cheese and margarita and both were very good. If you love pizza you gotta hit this spot.

To begin this Pizza from the looks, appeared to have the potential to be one of the best I ever tried that however was not the case. The Pizza seemed rushed very under cooked on the bottom of the pie and the flop we aren’t even going to talk about the flop, not to mention we waited 2 hours for this pizza they were completely overwhelmed and couldn’t handle the pressure.

This is the best of both worlds. Football and bar style pizza even though this 120 year old brick oven isn’t in a bar…. hot and crispy….
