Di Fara Pizza

Sicilian Slice a 9.3 Round Pie a 8.9 Coming back to buy a whole pie for each to try “fresh” slices but these pieces bought by the slice were amazing.

A top dogg in the za spots in New York. Incredible everything. Crust is firm and tasty. Sauce is soooo good. Spicy pep and cheese is great too. The whole thing is tied together so deliciously. Solid pizza

The crust is incredible and the tomatoes embedded in their sauce make this a unique slice. Their service was awesome too!

The square was okay, regular definitely better like a 8.0. Something is missing.

Kind of mid- basil over powered it

Amazing pizza, the owners themselves were inside serving the pizza. Best pizza I have had.

Ordered 2 slices, picked them up 45-min later. Good pizza, not a 9.4 in my case, but very good.

Practically flawless. This is how pizza should be. Tasted superb, the amalgamation of the cheese and sauce together was excellent so you don’t get a bit of just cheese or just sauce, it’s commingled in the best way. The basil elevated it further and to top it off the crunch was perfect from the crust to the tip while still providing a satisfying chew. Phenomenal slice

I'm trying to be nice, but man, this was a rough outing. These slices were puddles, idk if the cheese was too warm going in or if the ovens were too hot, but the cheese was essentially liquid. Making this a 2 hand pizza, mega flop. Not such if it's all of the grease or the sauce was just watery. The slices mostly ripped in half bc the crust was too thin to hold all that up and absorbed the grease. My 2 buddies got 1 slice each and had to wait 40 mins and $5 a slice. Also, I heard that since the original father passed, it's gone downhill, but man, I was so disappointed after traveling 4 hours

Good olive oil. Pretty tasty, felt the crust was underdone but felt like this is a fair score.

At the OBF…..Di Fara is simply the best I’ve ever had. Crisp, salt, sauce…..all fire!!

Di Fara’s in Brooklyn — this place looks like a time capsule where the walls are held up by grease and stubbornness, but the pizza? Absolute monster. Crust has that charred swagger, chewy in the middle, like it’s been training in the oven for decades. Sauce hits bright and sharp, cheese drips oil like it’s trying to ruin your shirt on purpose, and then they hit you with the basil snip like a mic drop. Yeah, it’s cramped, messy, and the wait feels like a punishment, but then you take a bite and all is forgiven. Even Dave Portnoy called this one of the best, and for once, the guy wasn’t reaching. One bite, everyone knows the rules. 9.4/10 — the kind of slice that makes 99% of pizza look like a frozen DiGiorno.

Great pizza! Worth the drive

Not sure what all the hype is about. The crust seems undercooked; sauce has tang to it. And just haven’t that well done taste to it. Won’t have it again.

Mixed reviews here… so the score balanced out a little lower than the typical, sorry. Owners were super nice and accommodating. Bits of fresh tomatoes were a plus. Crust was good not great. Was expecting something more I guess from one of the highest rated joints in all of NY. If you’re going to Coney Island it’s worth stopping in.

Definitely as solid as Dave said .. only gave it a couple ticks lower because the square pie was a little more mediocre.. regular slice is where it's at!
