Di Fara Pizza

Not sure what else I could ask for.

Honestly underwhelming. Incredibly oily. Very liquidy. Great undercarriage and crust but not much flavor. Would eat again but not better than a regular Brooklyn slice like Knapp st or Delmar.

I could’ve devoured a whole pie. Super light, crispy, easy on the cheese (which I prefer). Fresh basil was a lovely touch too.

I went to Di Fara during its hey day 2000-2012 but moved away from NY. I took all my friends over the years and they all witnessed Dominic at his best bare handing pizza out of the over and cutting fresh herbs over the slice. It was the ultimate slice-of-life. I went there 7.30.26 at 12:45pm there were 2 people there. His children are sell outs . My son said that the $1.50 pizza had more flavor. I do not understand how his kids let this place go to sh!t. I had my first slice of kosher pizza down the street and it was great. Di Fara's is dead. It's frozen pizza is better than the OG store.

Square tastes like something my grandma would make. Regular slice came straight out of the over. Crust almost has a dense taralli quality that I like. This is as good as it gets for a non-artisan style slice. Idk where to put it amongst the 8s, but it’s there. Square is an 8.4, round is an 8.3

Been wanting to come here since i was a kid and didnt disappoint, great sauce lots and of cheese which i dont normally like but here it is so good with a great doigh and crispness. Definitely an all time great

Outstanding pizza. I got here as soon as they opened. The cheese pull is insane. The fresh basil is a nice touch. Crispy the whole way through. The sauce is good, but they're bread and butter is the crust and cheese.

Really good. Good undercarriage and good crust. Just all around a solid slice of pizza.

Thin and excellent

Great flavor, but super chewy, not crispy at all. Was kinda tough going when trying to eat if I’m honest. Was I unlucky? I don’t know.. I’ll try again sometime I guess. 7.9

Omg it was tough to chew. Well overrated. No cheese but parm. Best Pizza wayyyy better.

Top notch pizza, little heavy on the basil. Based on the reputation I thought I’d be blown away but was still very good. If it wasn’t so far out of the way I’d go back for another tasting. Ordered slices to go, would love to try a fresh pie!

This is a post Dom review. This is the best pizza in Brooklyn so far. I tried their regular round pies and their squares and both were phenomenal.
