With the Di Fara’s name, you know you can’t go wrong. The issue with Di Faras on south street however, is they couldn’t capture the original Di Fara’s taste that gives the Brooklyn location it’s critical acclaim. Perfect crust, but too heavy on the basil, skimpy cheese, and sauce which leaves much to the imagination. I will be coming back, but hoping for a better slice next time.
