Pizza Review
Definitely a must try spot. Coal oven pizza from a 100+ year old oven. Table space was tight so I couldn’t get the picture of the full pie. Hit everything I like in a pie. Sweet sauce. Nice char but not too well done that the dough was still a bit soft. Pie was definitely shareable. As good as the classic was, I thought the white pie with garlic was even better. Place is definitely becoming well known, so I would try to get there. Went on a weeknight and got in, but the guy in front said weekends the wait can be up to 2 hours.
