Luigi's Pizza

I’ve been looking forward to trying Luigi’s…and my god was this worth the wait! Simply put, this is the best pizza I’ve had in New York and the second best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! I pulled up, old school spot, tons of neighborhood people grabbing slices. Giovanni was in house and seemed to know almost everyone who was pulling up. The smell hits you when approaching and my mouth instantly started watering….everything about this pizza was near perfect….insane level of flaky crispiness with the crust, it was razor thin with zero flop….the sauce was present in every bite and was incredible! Loaded with flavor and worked perfectly with the crust, the cheese….melt in your mouth smooth and creamy and also flavorful…the complete bite brought me back to some of the first bites I can recall having of pizza in my life. Incredibly affordable per slice, amazing story, the neighborhood loves it and as I said earlier, this is in my opinion the best pizza in all of New York!
