PaciDough’s Pizza Joint

Very good new haven slice .. score would be higher except the cahsier didnt disclose they had no change proceeded to tell me its cheaper to pay cash but than didnt give me any change so it was actually cheaper to pay card. Poor communication and very expensive for one slice

Tom’s River, you’ve officially entered the conversation. New York and Connecticut—consider yourselves on notice. New Jersey just added another contender. This New Haven-style pie lives up to the hype. The sourdough crust has great flavor with the perfect balance of crisp and chew. The cheese is clearly high quality and actually stands out, while the tangy tomato sauce complements it without overpowering the pizza. A legit slice that’s proof Jersey’s pizza game keeps getting stronger.

Got the New Haven-ish. It was incredible. Great chew. Great sauce. Nice salty cheese. Clearly high quality ingredients. I would have went higher on the score but for the uneven cook. One side of the pie was completely charred (read: burnt) with a thick oily black undercarriage. I like very well done pizza but I would call this burnt. But I let it slide because the menu warned of it. The other half of the pizza was perfectly charred with just spots of black (flavor). I wish I could post more than one photo. But you can sort of tell from the top of the pie too. Anyway, I will be ordering again. And I suspect the score to be higher with a more even cook.

Deserving winner of the 2025 NJ Pizza Bowl! 🏆🍕 This joint delivers high quality sourdough pizza featuring airy but crunchy crust and absolutely delicious sauce, on the sweet side. (Yes I asked for a bit extra sauce on the pie… no regrets!)

Could be a little crispier other than that it’s great

Solid Pizza! Nothing to not like about it. Will definitely go back if I am in the area! The cheese was good. The sauce was good. The crust was good. No complaints. Is it a top 5 for me? No but def worth eating and enjoying.

This is the best pizza in New Jersey

90s themed pizzeria next to a xxx shop. Got way too busy for the one guy handling everything, (owner was being a bit too chatty) led to my slices being completely overdone. It’s a solid slice with a tangy sauce. Dough underneath cooked nicely but nothing blew me away.

Sauce tasted sweet, decent crisp on crust but pie was cold and we were at a table. Cheese was chewy due to temp. Not sure how that happened. Served it to us in box too. Took much longer than stated. I think they forgot about us.

it’s pizza! sweeter sauce not my style happy tho

Sauce is the boss here. Bodacious component. What an interesting plaza- tucked away next to an adult superstore as a good complement for a family pizza night.

Awesome Pizza, great sauce, great quality.

I thought it had a good crisp and lots of sauce, which I loved..

Pretty good pizza for the area who lacks quality

Good crunch but dough was chewy and a little tough. Sauce was a little too sweet for me. No grease and no flop.

Had to wait over an hour for this and arrived on time only live 15 minutes away and pizza was cold already so had to heat back up in the oven phone lines are cut off and had to order online but still pretty good

Absolutely amazing pizza! Also great chicken parm and meatballs. Awesome owners I was going here long before Dave did. Must try if you in the area

Sweeter sauce which I prefer and if it was a touch more well done I would be scoring closer to 9. I really liked and the Salt and Vinegar wings are killer too.
